Drawing actionable insights from intricate datasets, Allan adeptly blends data analytics with business intelligence delivery. Renowned for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring transparent compliant delivery, Allan now focuses this expertise on climate-focused initiatives and the importance of data in driving effective developments. 

Lewis is a well connected seasoned compliance and risk leader with a deep commitment to elevating financial, data security, ISO, and now GHG emissions and ESG related reporting across various industries. Expert in navigating compliance requirements, Lewis specializes in driving organizational change, implementing robust compliance frameworks, passing audits and delivering certification while efficiently balancing regulatory adherence with cost-effectiveness.

Laura has significant climate action experience in both the private and public sectors.  She has served as Chief Sustainability Officer for Best Buy (FORTUNE 50 Co.), where she significantly reduced the company's carbon footprint and pioneered its consumer electronics recycling program. Laura was also Minnesota’s chief environmental regulator,  overseeing significant climate investments and regulatory processes. She currently also serves on the board of Ecovadis, a $2Billion Climate Co., advising on growth and sustainability strategies. Laura won a Women in Sustainability Leadership Award in 2024.

For 15+ years Michael has been head of products and customer success for a program management SaaS. He’s implemented corporate energy efficiency, innovation - climate action related programs. He has extensive knowledge of open innovation, strategy, governance, program-project management, and has led management transformation initiatives. He leads driving value delivery, customer focus and partner collaboration. Michael has proven ability in strategies and execution towards strategic corporate change.

Sergio is a seasoned Portfolio and Project Management specialist with over two decades of experience in managing portfolios and complex projects, change management, hybrid management models, corporate risks, and strategic planning. Sergio's career has been dedicated to developing software solutions and services in the project management domain. Sergio brings 15+ years' experience as the leader of a Program management SaaS company that’s now core to Lavivel.
